Our HVAC Journey

In 1956, after working several years at Peerless, my grandfather decided to start a heating and air conditioning business. He started with $500 and named his company B&J Heating & Air Conditioning, derived from my grandparents' names, Bob and Jean. My dad and uncle worked with their dad growing up, and because of their father’s success, they decided to start their own business.

They called it Schaedel Brothers Heating & Cooling. I started helping my dad in the summers when I was 12. I wanted to start my own business in honor of the two who started it all, so I began B&J Heating & Air Conditioning. Our goal at B&J is to provide the best customer service possible. Our motto is "Old school customer service." When our customers call, an actual person will answer the phone and be ready to help you with any issue.
